Some Questions Answered
How many sessions will I need?This really depends on your issues. I can work short term or long term. The main thing is to keep reviewing our work together so we know where we are going and whether the sessions are useful to you. During our 1st assessment session, we will be able to think together more clearly about how many sessions you might need.
How much does it cost?
My fee is £40 per session. Some concessions are available
What about confidentiality?
Our sessions will be held in complete confidence. I work within the codes of ethics and practice of The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy UKCP.
Can I have a trial session?
Yes. The first time we meet will be for an assessment session. This is to assess whether you and I will be able to work together on the issues which you bring. After the assessment, you may want some time to think about whether you would like to come for further sessions. There is no obligation to return after the assessment. The cost of the assessment session is £25.
